This week is National sleep awareness week. The purpose of the week is to raise awareness for the health benefits of sleep. So why do we need sleep?
- Sleep boosts immunity
2. Our bodies use sleep to restore, to grow muscle, and repair tissue.
3. Sleep boosts mental wellbeing.
4.You’re less bothered by noise.
5. You can’t do normal tasks well without sleep.
6.Sleep helps us solidify and remember memories.
